What Does Our Honesty Policy Mean?

• No hidden fees: The price you see is the final price. There are no surprise charges, extra insurance costs, or unexpected taxes.
• No extra charge for fuel: We deliver the vehicle with a full tank and expect it to be returned the same way, with no penalties or additional fees.
• Pay only for the days you use: If you return the car earlier than scheduled, you will only be charged for the days used at the applicable rate.
• Adjustable mileage rate: If you need to travel extra miles, we can adjust the rate to suit your needs without any surprise fees.
• Comprehensive insurance included: All vehicles come with full coverage. For vacation rentals, there is no deductible; for personal or business use, a deductible between €300 and €400 applies, which can be waived for a small fee.
• Free modifications and cancellations: If your plans change, you can modify or cancel your reservation at no extra cost.
• No charges for damages you did not cause: We thoroughly inspect each vehicle before and after rental and have special conditions for “courtesy damages.”
